Net curtains

Net curtains

Hello, I am making some net curtains, well trying to! I have a slightly lighter weight header tape than I used for the curtains, 3 strings wide. However, the net is puckering, tried holding it all taut, not working though, thought I would see if I can get some feedback before I try again.
